Employee health
We are concerned about the health and safety of our employees.
We are committed to providing our employees with safe working conditions and strive to protect them from potential health hazards and injuries. Relevant examples include:
Establish a comprehensive health and safety management system to ensure the personal health and safety of employees.
Before undertaking any work that may pose potential risks, a risk assessment must be conducted, such as a risk analysis of the work process or a health risk assessment of the workplace.
Equipped with sufficient fire-fighting facilities, formulated reasonable fire-fighting management regulations, assigned specific personnel to maintain and implement the equipment, and established an amateur fire-fighting team to ensure fire safety.
Place an emergency medicine box in the workshop and equip it with appropriate first aid medicines.
Establish a reasonable production process and provide adequate training for the staff to ensure their correct operation and prevent accidents caused by improper operation.
For the accidents that have occurred, promptly investigate the causes of the accidents, formulate reasonable and effective corrective and preventive measures, and provide accident education to the employees to prevent similar accidents from happening again.
Provide employees with appropriate personal protective equipment, and train and require them to use the relevant personal protective equipment in accordance with the company's regulations.
Formulate an emergency response plan and conduct a drill once a year to ensure that employees understand how to handle situations in case of an emergency to prevent injuries.
Once a year, a detection of occupational hazard factors is conducted in the workshop to ensure that all occupational hazard factors are within the regulatory limits, and the detection results are made public.
Safety warning signs are posted in the workshop to alert the employees to be aware of the potential hazards around them.
We encourage our employees to report any potential health hazards around them, and continuously enhance the safety awareness of all staff members. We aim to gradually cultivate the mindset that "I will be safe" and "I will ensure safety".
