Environmental protection

We are concerned about the environment.

We strive to use natural resources in a responsible manner, and minimize the impact of production activities on the environment. This includes improving energy efficiency in operations, and using sustainable packaging and green chemical materials as much as possible in research and production processes.

Employees should make every effort to reduce the environmental footprint of their daily work, including implementing preventive measures for all types of waste (including the avoidance, reduction, recycling and reuse of all materials). Relevant examples include:

Effective utilization of energy

Employees should consider making efficient use of energy and strive to find various ways to reduce energy consumption in the workplace. This includes turning off lights when not in use and shutting down equipment in offices or laboratories.

According to regulations or compliance requirements, production and equipment supervisors should, when establishing and managing clean rooms and other indoor condition control points, take into account the efficient utilization of energy (such as temperature and humidity) within an acceptable range.

Review the improvement projects proposed by the employees, and give priority to implementing those that can enhance energy efficiency.

Recycling or reducing waste

Employees should avoid generating waste and adopt recycling plans in accordance with the recycling program. The environmental impact should be considered before printing emails or other work documents.

The supply chain department should consider simplifying the packaging or reducing the size of the packages, and using environmentally friendly materials.

Production staff should consume raw materials and energy in a moderate manner, and strive to reduce the generation of waste, wastewater, waste gas, noise, etc.

Salespeople should choose safe and energy-efficient vehicles or public transportation to save fuel and reduce carbon dioxide emissions.
