Business ethics guidelines

Employee commitment: 

1. No matter where you are, when dealing with problems, you must always be honest and upright. 

2. Do not accept any form of illegal gratuities such as rebates or commissions from customers or suppliers through any means. 

3. During employment, one should not be employed by any other company that engages in competitive activities with this company. 

4. Respect colleagues, subordinates and third parties, and treat customers, business partners, competitors, regulators and other employees in a fair manner in accordance with the principle of fairness. 

5. Do not use company assets, information or position to seek business opportunities that should belong to the company. 

6. Not directly or indirectly enjoying financial benefits from other business entities through the relationship with one's spouse or other family members. 

7. Do not obtain loans, provide personal debt guarantees, or enter into any private financial transactions from major clients, suppliers, or competitors of the company. 

8. Without obtaining the prior approval of the company, one should not disclose or release the company's confidential business information. 

9. Fair transactions must be conducted with all the company's clients, suppliers, competitors and other employees. 

10. Do not obtain unfair benefits through manipulation, concealment, abuse of specially obtained information, misrepresentation of significant facts, or any other unfair means. 

The company promises: 

We promise not to engage in any illegal activities related to the collusion of enterprises, and we strictly prohibit the formation of industry alliances to raise or lower the prices of materials, as well as any deceptive actions towards customers and society. 

2. We are committed to providing high-quality products and services, and strictly follow the relevant system documents, safety protection, quality control and other operational procedures. 

3. The company's business practices are based on "fair trade". It does not accept any means related to giving or receiving bribes or kickbacks to obtain cooperation intentions. 

4. The confidential information of our clients and business partners will be treated as our company's confidential information and will be strictly adhered to the confidentiality policy. 

5. The company strictly prohibits the theft of patent information, the handling of trade secrets obtained without the owner's consent, or the inducement of current or former employees of other companies to disclose such information.
